How to use your Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl
Set the ambience and clear your mind. Try a mini meditation and ensure you won't be disturbed during the use of your singing bowl
Place the rubber ring that comes with the bowl on a flat surface, then set your bowl on it.
Grasp the mallet and gently tap the outer rim of the bowl, then lightly glide the mallet around the outer edge of the rim.
Continue gliding with constant, firm pressure to continue the ringing sound. 
You may have to practice a few times to achieve that perfect sound, there are many YouTube tutorial videos out there but I do recommend going with your own flow and intuition.
Always use light pressure while taping the quartz bowl as they are fragile. When handled with care, these bowls can remain vibrant and beautiful for a lifetime.
