Extracted fromt the flowering tops of the Menthis spicata, it has a light menthol aroma that is both sweet and refreshing, still packs a puch but is not as strong like Peppermint, so Spearmint is a lovely alternative to try if you find Peppermint quite strong. A stimulating yet calming aroma that can help bring clarity and soothe feelings of anxiety.

Commonly used to help digestion issues, Spearmint can also be used in an aromatiser or burner to unwind, as well as helping to relieve symptoms of acne and inflammation in the body, always use a carrier oil when coming into contact with the skin.

A top to middle note aroma that blends particularly well with all Citrus oils, but can also be nice with Basil, Cedarwood and Rosemary.
