Shipping, Returns + Refunds
SHIPPING:
UK postage cost: La Luna sends orders with either Evri or Royal Mail, depending on the order value, size and weight. Prices start from £4 depending on the weight or size of an item or the total order, cost will be calculated at check out. Please note that these are tracked services for both our protection.

Shipping gets calculated on weight, sometimes it over estimates, if that happens La Luna refunds the difference once the parcel has been sent.

All orders are processed within 2/3 business days, unless you are ordering handmade and/or bespoke silver jewellery which will have a lead time of 1-2 weeks, please check product info on lead times for each jewellery piece you wish to order. Once the order is complete you will get a confirmation email once your package has been sent with tracking details. UK orders usually take around 1-3 business days to arrive once posted. Please note, La Luna holds no liability for the loss of a parcel or damage made when sent via Evri or Royal Mail, in the unlikely event that this happens, please get in contact with Royal Mail with your tracking details ready, this is why La Luna sends parcels with Royal Mail on a signed for service. If you feel that there is a fault with the actual product, then get in touch with La Luna with a reason why and photos to explain further.
RETURNS+REFUNDS POLICY:
If you would like to return your item(s), you may do so within 7 days of receiving them, please contact me by email first at lalunahernebay@gmail.com, along with your full name, order number, item you wish to return and the reason. Items must be in a new and unused condition, as well as in the original packaging, if boxed. I will refund the cost of the item(s), however shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your item(s) arrive faulty, please email me as above within 24 hours of receiving the order along with a photo clearly showing the fault. I will ask that you send the product back to me so I can assess the problem. As soon as I have the faulty item(s) back, I will refund you right away or send you a replacement free of charge, whichever you prefer.​
