Frankincense Resin

Good quality Frankincense Resin at La Luna, to be used with a charcoal disc to release the aroma.
 
Also known as olibanum, is made from the resin of the Boswellia tree. It typically grows in the dry, mountainous regions of India, Africa and the Middle East.
 
Frankincense has long been used for it's cleansing properties, the smoke from the burning resin is believed to ward off negative energies and bring protection. 
 
Mentally, the aroma of burning Frankincense helps to clear and stimulate the mind, most find it's aroma quite relaxing and uplifting. Often burned before or during meditations or ceremonies.
 
Sold by weight, you only need a couple nuggets at a time as one little piece produces quite a bit of aroma smoke.
